Item features West German government service proofs including the Bundesadler marking over BWB/318. Right slide displays a legible BMI (Federal Ministry of the Interior) marking that has been crossed over, indicating its removal from government inventory, followed by the date code 11/91, indicating it was proofed in November, 1991.
